Payout Schedule

From referral to deposit

Step 1

You submit the referral

Add your contact's details to your Partner Portal. We reach out within one business day and keep you posted on their status.

Step 2

They stay enrolled 90 days

Once your referral signs up for a debt relief program and completes 90 active days, the reward is locked in and marked ready for payout.

Step 3

You get paid on the 15th

Every locked-in reward is bundled into one payout on the 15th of the following month, sent by direct deposit or check — your choice.

Program Terms

The fine print, in plain language

We keep our partner terms short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, reach out through our contact form and a real person will walk you through it.

Common Questions

Partner FAQ

Answers to what partners ask us most before and after submitting their first referral.

The reward for that referral is voided and removed from your pending balance. It never affects rewards you have already earned or had paid out from other referrals — each referral is tracked and settled on its own.

Open your Partner Portal, go to your account settings, and switch between direct deposit and check at any time. The new method applies to your next payout cycle — it will not change a payout that is already in progress.

You'll see their status marked as pending in your lead tracking table. There is nothing more you need to do — we handle outreach and enrollment, and your reward locks in automatically once they hit day 90.

Yes. Every reward that locks in during a given month is bundled together and sent in one payout on the 15th of the following month, so you never have to track separate payment dates.

Not yet. The 90-day active enrollment period starts the day they sign up, so an early cancellation during that window means the referral does not qualify for a reward, in line with our standard terms.
